Hey guys -

Name is Tom - love this site.

We have made an offer on a place on 3.25 acres, and if it goes through, planning on getting either a 48x48 or 48x60 pole barn put up.

We will be running Top Dragster in NHRA races this year with an 08 Mullis dragster with a 632 BBC (with a Speedtech plate when needed) - for the first time. Have always raced door cars until now - Top Sportsman for the last several years.

Anyway, we need a place to store the Renegade Motorhome, 32' trailer, dragster, HD Streetglide, and F250. We should get news on the property within the next few weeks - it is a short sale, so we are at the mercy of the bank on the timing.

Welcome and good luck on the home purchase. We bought a bank owned home in Colorado (one that was already through the foreclosure process and advertised as "rock solid bank owned property") and it was painful. Took forever to get responses back from the bank, like they couldn't care less about selling. Patience is the key.

Thanks for the advice. We aren't in a hurry but patience is not one of my strong suits. Lol. Our realtor told us that it could take anywhere between a week to four months. How's that for a tight window?
