Backdrag is less than my TL72....very smooth

They do actually, don't know either, all my ratchets have a steel handle. I just prefer the steel handle over the comfort handles and the like.

I completely agree, from all the ratchets of different high end brands I own (including snapon), I would rate the fit and finish on this one at the top. I am also very pleased with the effort NEPROS made with the packaging and presentation.

Fellow members of the great Garage Journal, I ordered this little 1/4" ratchet from NEPROS japan as well as a 1/4" thumb wheel last week and received them today. 90 tooth, very very smooth ratcheting mechanism. My first impressions is that I am an idiot for not exploring Japanese hand tools...

Hello guys, This is my first post, just wanted to share pictures of my new vise that I got yesterday to see what you guys think.... I got it from an old timer that bought it new more than 25 years ago and left it in the box in his garage. All original and untouched.
