2.sell/give away items of no use to you
3. A place for everything and everything in its place
4. Racking is key. Also things like bikes can be hung upside down from the roof
5. A small garden shed can be a real space saver.

Last pic is from when we first looked at the house. You can't see the garage from the road. Nice and hidden.
I keep mine in the case and when I use the saw I clean the case and the saw off at the same time. Leakage is minimal so usualy a quick pass with a shop rag is enough.

8 new light fixtures and some new lighting over my tool boxes. Ordering insulation this week and painting some OSB for the walls.
I am also looking for flooring ideas. How is the floor for rolling carts/jacks? Is it very slippery when wet? Mostly Motorcycles so if the flooring gets slick when wet it will be an issue.
Mastercraft maximium are actualy made from the Snap-on Bluepoint dies. The ratchets are junk but with a lifetime warranty and the fact that I am less than 2 min from the store makes it the best bet for me.
