I've mainly been working on the mancave. Its in the upper portion at the back of the shop. I have 9' of clearance under it for the workspace below. It's complete now but the metal frame is the elevator/lift I installed.
Been a few months since I updated. I'm all moved in sorta but still working on a few inside projects to get fully settled. We had the outside painted a few weeks ago and the patio installed. Bricks for the patio were already on the property when we bought so we just repurposed.
I found 2 of those stands hiding in the back near the lumber and passed on them for the Jawhorse. The smaller stands were marked $43 but when I scanned them with the app it showed $27. The bigger Jawhorse was marked $119 but scanned $53 so I bought it. Its now marked $149.
I don't own an RV but thought that would be a good selling point if that time comes. It will be a garage/workshop. The back portion will have a "mancave" up top once the final inspection is over. County asked for too many details so I decided they didn't need to know about it. The ceiling is...
After a tone of changes and back and forth with the county I was finally issued a permit on 31 July. Here's where I'm at as of yesterday. The restroom should be framed by the time I get home today.
Its gonna be HUUUGE (another AZ project)
Well this is 3 years in the making. We moved just over 3 years ago with intentions on build a 30x40 steel building. Fast forward 2 years and I started designing this.
