Finally got around to building the stairs.

Finished up the most important part in my garage.

He does an acid wash then seals it.

Local company called Gary's Gates built it. I have the matching 4' and 12' gates on the other side of the house.

I've mainly been working on the mancave. Its in the upper portion at the back of the shop. I have 9' of clearance under it for the workspace below. It's complete now but the metal frame is the elevator/lift I installed.

Been a few months since I updated. I'm all moved in sorta but still working on a few inside projects to get fully settled. We had the outside painted a few weeks ago and the patio installed. Bricks for the patio were already on the property when we bought so we just repurposed.

I found 2 of those stands hiding in the back near the lumber and passed on them for the Jawhorse. The smaller stands were marked $43 but when I scanned them with the app it showed $27. The bigger Jawhorse was marked $119 but scanned $53 so I bought it. Its now marked $149.

Passed final inspection yesterday. Buddies are coming to help move all my **** in this weekend.

Bathroom is framed and the firewall side is complete. Roof is scheduled to start next week and I'm currently pulling wire.

After a tone of changes and back and forth with the county I was finally issued a permit on 31 July. Here's where I'm at as of yesterday. The restroom should be framed by the time I get home today.
