I've put a deposit down on a floor with this coating, should be done in March sometime....the floors I've seen firsthand that were several years old still looked like new. My installer has a lifetime guarantee with no questions asked. We'll see, I guess.

Agreed. I hired an architect (cost $1,200) and it was money well spent. A good one will listen to your needs, let you know what's doable or not doable, and make your addition look like it's supposed to be there, rather than an obvious tack-on when you're done.

Prophecy. I hired an architect to draw up plans to add a 25'W x 33'D garage addition to our existing 24x24 attached garage. The plans call for a cathedral ceiling with 12' height for a lift. So far, one builder got back to me with a $61,000 bid. This includes electrical, but no interior...
