These are nice wrenches no lobster on these and essentially the exact same as the gearwrench long patterns with the surface drive. Ive seen these in my local store they are nice. They are china though of course.
http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/o/aap-flyer page 19 in this months add. Not as nice as some of the other sets from the past but not bad either. Id be ineterested in a 1/4 size set ill have to go look at them in person though first.
The husky are nicer and less clawish but are not long patterns. The lobster on the craftsman is really bad. I thought i read somewhere that they were doing away with the lobster design for all craftsman because of people complaining and thats why they went back to normal on the raised panels...
They are lobster claws but nice for the price i guess. I went in and checked them out. Would have got some had they not been. My sears has them listed in add but not marked in store.
I have a kobalt 3/8 that came in some set i got i lubed it up with superlube and that thing feels amazing. Too bad im not a big fan of that proto style of ratchet and the head is way too big. But its so smooth.
The harbor freight taiwan chrome sockets are actually nice and seem way higher quality than craftsman china. It just ***** that harbor freight doesnt have complete sets. I have used my HF hex bits a lot and they are great also and made in taiwan. Ive never had a problem with any of their "pro"...
