    Solvent for soaking ratchets?

I recently tried orange oil degreaser in the ultrasound and got mediocre results. Then I tried carburetor cleaner spray (ok results, I suppose) followed with a dish soap scrub in hot water. Then I blew everything out with compressed air and sprayed on WD-40 to prevent rust. Superlubed the new...

    Open end ratcheting wrenches...

I ordered a Snap-On SRXM17 in hopes of using the open end as a bottle opener. I don't think I would ever use it to torque a fastener. I worry that it would slip easily. As it is the Snap-On Flank Plus Drive open ends mark up screw heads.

    Open end ratcheting wrenches...

    Favorite snap on tool

Yep, that's the one. The Williams branded version is substantially less money, but you can't buy it on the truck and you have to like black.

    Snap-On Roller Bearing Grease?

Are we talking roller cab drawers? If so, my guess is Super Lube. Available from Amazon or HF. Cheers.

What do you use to clean your hand tools?

For a general wipe down nothing beats WD-40. It will remove light grease and prevent rust on oxide finished tools. For caked on grease I use brake cleaner followed by an ultrasound bath in Zep citrus cleaner. After blowing out residual moisture I follow up with a light coating of WD-40 or Kroil.
