WOW! you guys have ALOT of stuff. I would completely empty out that garage and start new. As you put stuff back decide weather you want to keep it or pitch it. If you haven't used it or needed it in the last year chances are you won't use it or need it in the next years to come either......throw...
I used the stuff they use at work on their vht tiles (and the tiles are old) called High Noon. I mopped it on and the more coats you put down the shinier it gets. The wife tried it in the kitchen and it's shiney as hell.

LOL Thanks for the props, the border is actually adhesive tape that I found at some safety supply site on the net. I looked at the checkerboard border at the local wallpaper store and it didn't look crisp. kinda fuzzy

Thanks for all the compliments! As far as the banner goes, I called BFG's promotional department and told them I had a business and would like to get one of their banners, they charged me $25 shipped. I'm trying to find their number again...

Got-R-done today, took about 10 hours. Came out pretty nice. It looks better in person.

*************EDIT**************
found the website, has anyone done their floor in these tiles? comments? quality?
I'm going to be installing tiles in the 2 1/2 car garage and have decided to go with the snap-lock style of tiling.
Where is the least expensive place to order from?
Thanks in advance
