I used the stuff they use at work on their vht tiles (and the tiles are old) called High Noon. I mopped it on and the more coats you put down the shinier it gets. The wife tried it in the kitchen and it's shiney as hell.

i used the edging that home depot sells and it looks great

I'm going to be installing tiles in the 2 1/2 car garage and have decided to go with the snap-lock style of tiling. Where is the least expensive place to order from? Thanks in advance
