    56" Montezuma Toolbox review

will do. As of now I have most of the box loaded, and the drawers roll nice and smooth. The shallow drawers are rated at 100 lbs and the deeper drawers are rated at 200 lbs (with dual slides). I have one of the shallower drawers loaded full with 1/2 regular and impacts sockets, extensions...

    56" Montezuma Toolbox review

They are listed online if you check sears.com, but it says sold through "RMV stores" They have the 18 drawer 56" for $1931.95. That same box is $1620 shipped at strictlytoolboxes.com. I have the 21 drawer which I don't see on the sears website.

    56" Montezuma Toolbox review

Shipping damage would have irked me, but it has nothing to do with the box itself. Flimsy drawers, poor construction, poor powedercoat, cheap look and feel. That would have gotten a bad review. I've seen and used enough toolboxes to know that this is a solid, well built box, perfect for my...

Yes, the drawers roll nice and smooth. Even better when there are tools in them. The detents hold the drawers closed and you can feel them engaging/disengaging.

no real preference. seems to roll and turn fine with them setup like that. I've seen them done both ways, not sure what the pros/cons are to either setup

    56" Montezuma Toolbox review

I posted earlier looking for recommendations on a bigger toolbox. I ended up buying a 56" 21 drawer Montezuma toolbox from www.strictlytoolboxes.com and thought it would be helpful to provide my feedback on the box. Dimensions are 56Wx20Dx62H I must say, I'm really impressed with this box...

Thanks. Should be a big improvement over my existing Craftsman set. I just measured it and can't believe how small they actually are. The top box is 26x12 and bottom is 26x18. I've had these boxes for 20 years and they've served their purpose well, but time for a bigger setup. new box...

Sounds like a 56" roller would be best and then add a top if I need more space.

Agreed. I'm thinking a top and bottom 41" would be the smallest I would get.

    Toolbox recommendation needed.

I've outgrown my Craftsman toolboxes (26" roller and top) and want something bigger (41-56" range). I don't want to spend a small fortune on a Snap-on. Does anyone have any experience with the toolboxes sold by Striclytoolboxes.com? The 41" & 56" Montezuma and Extreme boxes both look like...

    Planning for a 3 car garage...any suggestions?

Hi Guys, I'm in the planning stages of a 3 car garage which will be in my back yard and used for my car hobby (storing and working on my cars). Looking for ideas and things that are a must that I may not be thinking of. Size will be in the neighborhood of 30x40 with a room upstairs and I'll...
