I put the axle nut back on while I'm using the air hammer until the axle pops loose. That prevents any thread damage.

The drawer detents on the tool vault are terrible. You have to either slam it or push firmly every time you shut the drawer. Other than that its probably comparable to your classic. I don't know about the slides though.

I've wondered why the 1/2" ratchets have the screws on the outside! The screws on my FLF80 come loose too, I still need to put some thread locker on them.
