3 sheets of 18mm ply.
Legs have 8mm plates on top of them so was easy for attaching to the top.
Bolted to the bottom two and counter sunk the middle one so top sheets covers all...handy job!
Got my hands on a good few lengths of structural 4" box section guys....have been thinking of making a few strong work benches with maybe a steel or wood top deck....any ideas??? Thanks...
No was lots left on them...I didn't bother replacing in the end, just wired direct to the motor and bypassed the circuit board she running as good as new now ! Brushes are available on eBay or Amazon for small money if ya need them though...
no luck shining a laser at it, i seen the clip on youtube for another model of hilti drill that this worked but i cant get it to reset.
After mlooking at this again i'm wondering if its possible to bypass the circuit board altogether and wire direct....??
Does the circuit board drop or adjust...
Its solid now was blinking. I have a laser pointer used for presentations and that so i'll try that thanks...It appears the light is actually an optical receiver aswell as a indicator.
Guys, I have a hilti kango hammer drill and the service light has been on and it is now not working anymore.
From what I've read this is down to the amount of hours it has been operating for and now requires a factory service and reset to work again.
I can replace the brushes myself but I can't...
