About the same price as well once you go the flake route...I went with rust bullet since it seems like it will be easier for DIY. I'm in the process now and will post results once done.

Thanks for all the advice! After reading thru the replies I think Ill stick with the forced air system. I have 240V near where it will be needed and natural gas within 10 feet. Ill try to remember to post the results in a couple months when its all done.
