New? Shop-tool for comfortably torquing lug nuts/ wheel studs while vehicle is on the lift.

Will be fun when someone forgets to grab it from under the tire and it gets loaded and flung like a javelin or sent up into the car when the lift is lowered

Any tools you buy NEW and immediate upgrade or modify or polish or whatever??

I have an odd bolt at work that has a nut that gets torqued to 300lbs. Sometimes this bolt will spin before the torque wrench clicks and it can be difficult to hold with a wrench so, I modified a Capri 32mm stubby socket to use with my breaker bar or ratchet.

Anybody use a Jack Rod jack stand adaptor?

I'd use one when out in the desert for a repair where no stands are available but not at home for maintenance stuff

Harbor Freight US General timeline from purchase

Last year at SEMA, HF announced the new Icon gen2 boxes that are supposed to be released this fall sometime. If you hold out a little bit, you might get a deal on a gen 1 or get the upgraded gen2

    New ICON coolant pressure tester

Except when you pressurize it and have a leak, you're not then working on a 200° engine or waiting for it to cool down enough to work on it

It beats laying on the dirt/mud/rocks/nuts/bolts/spilled oil/broken glass that cover the gound. I've found that trunk floor carpet work best.

How Many Times Warranty Tool to get What you Paid For?

How did they miscalculate? As far as I've ever heard or read, it wasnt the craftsman line that brought down sears. It was the fundamentally fucked up and greedy CEO Eddie Lampert that did them in.
