on your recommendation and some research I am going to use ribbed metal, just trying to find the least ribbed stuff now. The shop has a big NG heater but no a/c, so temps are 68*F at the lowest, but gets up to 110+ in the summer :flamethro I would like to add A/C but the cost to keep it cool...
