Well the JB Weld 2 part worked, the magnet is glued back in, motor assembled and working like a champ. Picked up some 3M Weather strip and gasket cement and will attempt to glue the tread back on to my drive wheel, hopefully that works!

Yeah I was thinking epoxy also, I have used West marine before with good results, on other projects. The whole thing came apart pretty easy, the hardest part was getting the housing apart, and that is easy also once I figured it out. remove the front bolts, then the fan on the rear and then rear...
