    non of mine do , no chain, when i plug it in, it goes on, unplug, goes off on your paperwork in the box, does it say what model number yours is

    yeah, pretty happy right now...the handles are not as good as typical pull handles, but for my needs its fine...as long as it opens and closes nicely im good stainless looks is nice...so happy about that what other companies do stainless?

    its just ridiculous that it was put on wrong and not checked....i guess thats china for u hopefully thats the only flaw i encounter....taking that thing back to costco for a refund would **** big time
