Let's Hear it for the Old Gray/Red Sears Craftsman Tool Chests and Cabinets (60s/70s)

I added the cabinet on the right recently. Took awhile to clean 30-years of horse farm out of it but it's in good shape overall. Has the bearing drawers in the roller, still even has the sticker on the optional electrical knockout on the right side. Now to make room for it.

    Epoxy coat - grind finish

I bought the Epoxy-Coat 500 sq ft basic kit from Amazon. Shipping was free and faster then direct buy. Epoxy coat - grind finish

It was the orange store, they have the single 11" disk model. About $175 for a full day rental, plus $22 protection plan and tax, ended up over $200. I also hooked up my shop vac to it and it probably captured 90% + of the dust.

Epoxy coat - grind finish, need opinions Hi, I'm getting ready to put down Epoxy-Coat basic kit on a new 450 sq ft shop, the slab was poured about 7 months ago. The slab was done well in my opinion, compared to my previous garage at least. Obviously it needed good prep so I used the Epoxy-Coat...

Let's Hear it for the Old Gray/Red Sears Craftsman Tool Chests and Cabinets (60s/70s)

Lots of good looking boxes here. I've been using a Kennedy for the last 15 years but wanted to expand and really liked the vintage Craftsman, good to see I'm not alone. I picked up the grey/red a couple months ago. Thinking I am going to let the Kennedy go I ended up buying the red/grey from the...

    Minimum garage wiring for inspection

I just passed final yesterday on a new construction, detached garage, with just the 50-amp sub-panel and one outlet, no lights. Inspector looked at me a little sideways but that was what was approved during plan check. He made some comments about needing lights but let it go. This is in Nevada...
