this is the wire you want to buy they should have cuttable reel so you can get the length you want. then you can add your plug and be done.

most of these have multi tap balast, you should be able to re tap the ballast at 120v. or you could just bypass the ballast and use an led lamp but then the cost goes up and you could just buy new fixtures. I would do what others are saying and recycle them and find another solution
