I just stumbled upon this thread - great project. I had a few issues with a couple of neighbors as well. I now put electric dumps on the headers of all my cars and make sure to run open headers when I enter and leave. My long driveway is great for burnouts as well......................

Here is what I did. I had aluminum cut to fit the panel of the door and then it was hand painted by a local artist. I wish I had this idea during the install. I would have powder coated all of the hardware.
