FWIW - I ordered from LightUp in late Sept. I received my tubes about a week ago. They don't respond to chat or emails in anything resembling a timely manner. I won't make the mistake of ordering from them in the future.

Thanks, we'll give it a try. My goal is to just make it a bit brighter in the garage for the occasional preventative maintenance. I stumbled upon some LED canopy lights too, that might be easier to install (<- 1 old guy on a 9ft ladder)
