Good point! I'm not that fast. The T1-11 is still there, I can also empty out that section of barn while I do the work. I don't have a picture handy, but it's an old drive-thru corn crib and this is one of the corn crib sides.
Thanks for the point! The other side has an actual footing while this side is just on the slab for some reason. It's also the "downhill" side of the building.
Doh! I threw the tin on when I moved in a few years ago, so that the building was insurable. The T-111 and corn cribbing underneath was in bad shape. At the time I figured the tin would last me 5 or so years and if I decided to rebuild, I'd just save this tin for the inside. With current pole...
Hey y'all-
I have a 24 foot wide by 10 foot tall wall on my garage that is failing cause there's no footer under the slab. I know the right way is to excavate and pour a footer, but that's a lot of concrete. Can I set 4 posts evenly spaced like you would a pole barn, and have beams across them...
The Meijer in West Lafayette, Indiana had Craftsman branded bar and chain oil on clearance for 38 cents/qt. I'd take a picture but my phone is out of commission at this point. I cleared out that store, but hopefully yours has the same deal.
I've been super impressed with Keen work boots- not all of them are made in the USA, but I've found them all very comfortable and durable. The only pair I had a problem with, I sent them a picture and the next day they gave me a credit for a new pair of boots in the online store.
Picked this up a week or so ago, but finally getting around to posting...

For those of you who do rebates, this 45.00 flashlight is .04 after rebate. There was no sign on the item at my store, and they had to print out the rebate form, but it is active at least until the 11 percent adds tonight...
Just hit up clearance at my TSC (Blairsville, PA) and found-
3/8 unbranded Air Ratchet 4.49 (Was 14.99) These were in the back in the clearance area, they didn't have any price tags on them either. Brought one up to check price, then went back and got all 4 on the shelf. Packaging looks...
Well, since nobody answered my thread, I'll explore on my own!!!
We haven't gone to the store yet, but my host suggested I check out the aptly named "TOOLS"
One thing I saw which I thought was interesting was the way they sell nuts and bolts- the containers have lego-like tops and bottoms...
Used it to convert my cape cod to a hot roof insulation system...I used screws on an angle into my wooden rafters that grabbed a piece of the foam..and then sealed all around the edges with expanding foam. Without the screws, I was worried about the expanding foam pushing it where I didn't want...
I can't decide if those buildings look familiar or not..I live in Claridge and swear I've driven by those buildings a few times!
Filling them with tractors? Let me know if you need a driver ;-)
