    It may not be counterfeit, but Kobalt is a Lowe's brand. Buying anything outside of Lowe's would be considered unauthorized. Same with buying Milwaukee on Amazon, no warranty.

    I like using deeps instead of pulling out a short extension for the times you need knuckle clearance. Sold off my 1/2" drive deeps since it's my least used drive size except for the lug nut sizes. Never really saw a need for semi-deeps.

    I have the HF Pittsburgh pliers and they do fine for very little money. Pretty hard to go wrong with pliers.

    Did it work when you got it? The internals look the same as Capri. Parts from a Capri rebuild kit will likely work and you may even get an upgrade to 90T, but you're missing these parts: The other spring and ball go under the selector switch. I'm betting the Capri rebuild kit can all be swapped...

    You're missing the pintle and spring that goes in the selector switch hole that pushes up against the pawl.

    The CAT wrenches are the same as the Williams Supercombo (Snap-On Industrial brand). Of all of the professional tool lines, these are probably the heaviest that I've seen.

    The Craftsman V Series ratchets back drag is horrible. They also aren't serviceable so you can't lube them up properly.

    Appears the seller didn't provide tracking info as requested even though it's in the system. All he had to do was input the tracking number for proof. He probably appealed and got his funds back so you both win.

    That was goodwill on the part of the seller. Your picture also may have helped, but if a buyer files an INR and the seller disputes it, eBay would say delivered, case closed. In your case, eBay did not step in to mediate. Nobody would be a seller on eBay if delivered didn't mean you're protected...

    eBay will certainly side with the seller if it shows delivered, otherwise, there would be no seller protection.
