Plastic box says manufactured in the USA. Wrench says assembled in the USA of US and global components.

Gearwrench torque wrench - made of "global components" assembled in the USA. The wrench I received appears to be brand new with the plastic still covering the display and a certificate of calibration included. According to the Certificate of Calibration it's new, tested on 4/26/2014.
