Use hardy trim, a cement type product. Looks like wood and is paintable, comes in a number of different profiles. And will never rot.

Only has a five year limited warranty in a garage setting... that alone would say to me they know it's not going to last for the long haul...no thanks.. other products with a much better warranty and history in a garage use. Good Luck !

What is GJ discount ? Is this a floating floor or glue down ? Looks interesting especially if you can eliminate grinding on a new floor. How would it hold up in our hot Arizona summers? Does it fade in sunlight? So many questions LOL..

It is not advisable to set hot pans on almost all countertop materials. Soapstone would be one of the few that would not have any issues...laminate, solid surface, quartz, stone all advise to use hot pads or a trivet. I would think it would be no different with any type of vinyl tile.

I would think a solid white floor in a shop would be a nightmare. Every drop of oil, every chip will stand out, even from a distance. Adding just a small amount of colored chips would break that stark floor up and hide any imperfections or damage. JMHO Good luck.. post pics of whatever you...

Treated wood is typically wetter than standard wood, not sure how well the epoxy would bond with it. I have no experience with epoxy on pressure treated wood, perhaps others do. I agree that a path for the water to dissipate would be better than trapping it inside the cabana.

Could be just condensation.. if you have inadequate insulation in the ceiling, heat will rise and warm up the underside of the sheathing, causing condensation. As others have said, good ventilation in the attic along with good insulation in the building envelope will help greatly. Yes check all...
