I have the 25" deep version, and it's holding up well so far. Only complaint is that the smaller drawers feel limiting. But otherwise it's a great home box...
My thought is that if you're doing something specific or precise enough to care, you ought to have a dedicated index or single bit. I throw everything of the same size in together. Only separate by material type (i.e. wood, masonry, metals)
If you are bored on a rainy day, measuring and sorting out all your bits can be cathartic. I toss mine into a drill dispenser.

I'm a fan of bins over dividers for the ease of drawer re-organization. With dividers it's a task to move and shuffle your things around, especially smaller hardware. The downside is you must keep a huge variety of bins, where dividers are infinitely adjustable.
As Dave said, these are glass running pliers for cleaving along scored lines. Start at the glass edge and keep them nice and square, minimal engagement with the workpiece for a clean cut. Work best for straight cuts.
