    Looking at adding onto my Morton and doing just cold storage, meaning the shell, cement, and insulated garage door. Will it be mouse proof?, or can mice get in between cement and the walls? Thanks I'm not exactly sure how they do it.

    It's 50K for the shell, 10K for cement, and 7K for the door. The cement seems like a steal.

    Update....30' x 32' addition, with 5" concrete, 2 - 36" walk doors, and 1 - 18' W x 10' Insulated garage door (and opener) = $67,000. I would still need to pay for site prep/excavation, Thoughts?

    I think it was 27K for the 30x40x12 shell in 2017.
