Are there any refillable spray cans that are suitable for things like brake cleaner that don't use a Schrader valve? I like the hand pump on the jug I use for spraying the yard but I'm sure chemicals like brake cleaner probably aren't good for them.

I would guess he's right about it not being as common now, his reasoning notwithstanding. Real wood requires maintenance if you want to to stay nice. Laminate just requires a sweep and mop now and then.

I'd say it matters that you probably use your tools 40+ hours a week and that you have a truck come by to service your needs.
