It's a ridgid tool box with kaizen foam. You buy the foam, trace whatever tool you plan on throwing on the foam, then carve it and peel. It peels in layers so you can get fancy with the depth of the cut and what not.

Here's my contribution to the thread. A few of my Milwaukee tools for work. Also got a deep cut bandsaw, 4 1/2" grinder, 5/8 hammer drill, and the drill vac. Planning to slowly build my collection
