I bought the Mac gold plated line wrenches to use at work. WHY??? because it was cheaper to buy the gold plated MAC ones than the regular chrome ones (5 dollars each for two on a misspelled eBay auction) are they lifetime IDK. As far as value for insurance always I would say around 95 dollars...

Porter-Cable PTX5 still have it for home use and Its been used for 6 years daily, never repaired, should run you 70 bucks new, getting hard to find but i highly recommend for the price
