Located southwest OH. Temperature in the garage this morning was 28 as I was going to work. Granted it was 7 outside - but 28 inside is not workable. Current garage door is junk -wood and heavy - and will be replaced with an insulated door this year.

T&G decking on the attic floor covers the entire area - wall to wall. No way to cut near the edge - however removing parts in the center is an option.

My garage is 24 x 24 with a double garage door - ok size for me. The house was built in the early 80s and the exterior walls are brick veneer. I assume the walls are insulated however I have not confirmed that. The attic over the garage is not insulated and there is tongue and groove...

That looks great! what did you do for the front lip of the porch? did you leave it in bare concrete or did you apply tile to it as well?

ok - have the garage floor finished with VCT. I'm happy with the way it turned out. now - I've got one step up into the house. It's a poured concrete step and with the house done and the garage floor done - it looks like ****. was thinking diamond plate - but afraid that may be too slippery...

don't know the answer to that - I ground mine for probably 15 hours. Guess I got a 5 gallon bucket full of dust when it was all said and done. still no aggregate when I was done

sealing done - will start waxing tonight

I've done excelon in two garages and I've rolled both times. No problems in either case. I also used a rubber mallet to get better sealing at some edges where I didn't think it was laying well enough.

found stripper, sealer and wax. stripped twice - waiting for it to dry now. will do the sealer and wax tomorrow. probably should have rented a machine - but I'm ok with what I'm seeing so far.

I can't seem to find any sealer. can you give me any more information? Home Depot had stripper and wax - but no sealer. Lowes had wax - but not stripper or sealer. haven't been to Menards yet - but getting a bit concerned.
