This looks awesome. I'll have to measure some things but a rolling cart with storage underneath could fit perfectly beside the toolbox and give me something like what I was looking for.

Ha! I'll take one when I get home. It's only to access 1 car without going outside. A lot of the homes we looked at before purchasing this one had no access to the single car except from the outside and I always thought it was odd that way...

Here's what I did for the walkway between the two sides...I still needed some storage for yard tools, etc. but also wanted to have a place to store some less commonly used items that were still within reach. So I added these two shelves I got from amazon. They hold a fair amount / look good...
