Interior in my garage

Going to be painting the walls. Someone recommended me drylock paint to do so. The foundation walls are like waist high with some parts being 6 ft high. What's the best method. Use a roller or a spray gun?

So you think I should cancel and postpone till after the baby? She's 33 weeks right now. The guy said it should be gone in a day. And won't smell inside the home as long as the windows are closed. Wanted to get it done before the baby was born. She said she would stay at her mom's for a day or two.
