Anyone know if this is a fire hazard. Have my TV plugged into wall outlet. Then the husky tool cabinet plugged into wall outlet. And the mini fridge is plugged into the husky tool cabinet.

Outlets are labeled 15A, fridge is 1.3A I think you're fine.
Wall outlets are almost always 15A, or 20A and 20s have a different slot arrangement. They are probably marked on their side, inside the box

I don’t keep my tools in the refrigerator. My mini fridge does not draw enough current to make a serious load on the electrical system feeding my workshop.

Manufacturer states: "Never use an extension cord to connect power to the unit." That would cover a power strip for me...
A lot of extension cord recommendations tell you to use an appropriate sized cord.

Issues usually arise when a cord is either a cheap brown/white made of 16/18Ga wire that cost 98¢

Multiple cords are strung together.

Cords run under rugs or in doorways with doors pinching them when shut.

Coiled up during use where the heat can't dissipate.

So I stead, plug the fridge and the TV into a power strip, and plug the toolbox into the wall. Problem solved!
