You can use this trim with this window, you'll be fine. I would not caulk the trim to window joint, let it drain. No j channel is needed for the siding but you will need to caulk there.
My go to saw is the DeWalt DW716 12”double bevel ( not a slider). I’ve used compound sliders while working for various employers. They have their place but their weight and price are an issue for me. The 716 is a very capable saw and works well for me. I just picked up a used one in great shape...
Vintage floor jack ready to restore for your garage or shop.
No ID tag so I’m not sure of weight rating but this thing is a beast.
Pumps up and holds but release mechanism needs repair.
Sorry, no shipping, local pick up only. Will consider meeting you part way though.
Have you thought about getting a quote from a snow plowing service? It could be a resonable alternative. We have about 500' of drive and my guy takes less than 10 minutes for $25 a plow. He will also salt if we get ice.
I work for a home builder and we use Mortair vent. Excellent product and east to apply.

Thanks for the Jeremy Schmidt link. I just spent an hour watching some of his videos. I had been thinking about a Polar Bear Forge kit but might have to change my mind. I like the tilt/ horizontal feature on Jeremey's.
Thanks for this thread. I just took a look at the Tekton site . I've been thinking about getting a 1/4" set for a while and their 1/4"/3/8" combo looks great and is reasonably priced.Should work just fine for me.
I hear ya Tinner. I’m a carpenter/ woodworker and I have a table with holes
on a grid that I use a lot for various clamping applications. I can see this small welding
table being used for woodworking also.
