I have seen 20mm stuff on a few automotive applications. The line nut for the hydraulic cooling fan on some Jeep Grand Cherokees (which you really need a line nut crow foot for :eyecrazy: ) and the alignment cams on some Audis both require 20mm stuff.
4 - You could get a hairpin or paperclip and a pocket screwdriver or other tension wrench and practice your lockpicking skills! There are tons of how-tos on youtube. Plus, if you succeed you'll feel really awesome!!

Yeah I for got to switch the output lead to the "high" lug. What you see on the top of those welds is the 4th pass, heat penetration looked ok from the backside. I'm not too worried about it coming loose.

@ manimal, aren't you worried about having a 0 degree working angle? Without any angle on the u-joints your bearings won't spin and will self-destruct in short order. Or am I missing something?
