That's the first thing I saw too... But take a closer look. RF in, HDMI in RF OUT. Unless I'm missing something that does no good...

Looking at your TV I did not see any ethernet input ports. IF you have any, there also exist cables that connect from coax to ethernet...

Buy a standalone ATSC tuner with HDMI outputs. First result at amazon, no idea if this a good one, but it will show you the general...
