Add to the toys. Buy a travel trailr/5thwheel with slides instead of apt. Park in shop until house is done and then park under a lean to and open up the shop for even more toys .

Have a 40x60x16 metal building in north texas. It has 4-6" of open cell spray foam in the entire building. Finishing out a 20 x 40 living quarters on one side now. Framing isnt attached to metal at all. I dont see a need for the 3 exterior walls to have any kind of wall sheating on the outside...

A penny deal is not gonna fall into your lap guys. It's gonna require some effort. If you can't find out how to search for one within this thread( don't think it's gone more than 48 hours without penny explanation the whole year) your chances are slim to none to find one in the store. Too many...

Why mess with his sale, he has done nothing wrong. Not like he is gonna get his asking price anyway.

Its not the machine. .025 wire and you will "melt " 1/8 all day long assuming everything on operator side is correct. I mostly weld 3/16 with mine with zero issues. Only thing slowing it down for me is duty cycle.
