Cars inside for me too. I have a 2 1/2 car garage. The half is for storage and I keep my Yukon and Mustang in the other side. My dream is to downsize to a 3/2 house with a four car garage and a separate workshop.

Thank you....the landscaping fabric was used as a better safe than sorry, just in case walking on the tiles would be loud and cause my wife to drive me nuts [emoji3]. It was no big deal to add it. I used a 6'x100' roll from Home Depot.

Re: Pre-Oiling Garage Floor? Leave it bare and install the RaceDeck tiles. If/when you sell, paint the floor before leaving.
