I ended up purchasing 2 trailing arms off a salvage vehicle on Ebay for $80 each, I'm going to do what Wrench97 did, in the luxury of my garage, and I'll just drive down and swap out the arms.
Thanks for everyone's input, I have watched those videos and I am hoping to knock this out without actually having to remove the trailing arm. I'm not going down to do the job unless I have the proper tool, if it was in my garage, then that would be a different story.

My daughters XC60 needs a rear trailing arm bushing replaced, we can't find someone in the Charlotte area that will replace the bushings without removing the trailing arm, they all want to replace the entire trailing arm. All in all it's pretty pricey, so I'm going to head to Charlotte and do it...
