They claim you save more by the diy rather than renting equipment an labor for a stick built...
3500 for the frame (that i can do without a crew)
1000 for siding
2000 for roof (rough?????)
1000 for doors
2000 pad (????again rough)
Seems like an ok deal for a 24x24 on a budget
Anyone know anything about these? I got a quote for 24x24 that the guy said would be plenty strong for a shingle roof and t1-11 siding. I'm curious how people finish them?
Seems like a cheap diy option...easier to start than a pole building i would think...

Could you snap a picture? I'm not even sure that I am allowed to do a pole building due to restrictive covenants. I am thinking maybe I can get away with a large "shed" rather than a garage... and if it looks like stick built, why would anyone complain...
