I live in the NE in Ma. I am considering using RaceDeck flooring. Which would be better for my climate? Racedeck or epxoy?

When does the sweating happen? I grew up in MA in Worcester county and remember the garage floor getting dripping wet from temperature changes and condensation. If that’s the case epoxy really won’t help I think

Humidity control: what to do first?

How about an entry chamber of sorts, so when you have to open the big door, all the dry air doesn’t go out the door along with temperature swings. PS, oh yeah, forgot to mention how nice your shop is!

    Fun with red thread locker

I have had some luck spraying a solvent like carb or brake cleaner to soften it up. Or you could put the vice on a fire or bbq to cook it good enough to the same effect.

Mold is significantly more aggressive, causing deeper property damage and more...

    Mildew on wood

We can get an additive here you mix into paint to make it mold resistant. I think hydrogen peroxide will kill mold, bleach doesn’t.

    welding pinholes in sheetmetal,TIG?

I know you didn’t ask and I might get roasted but have you thought about filling the hole with solder. Acid free and would have to be absolutely spotless. I have a large electric soldering iron that would put the heat right where it’s needed.
