Just picked up this Brico box at a swap meet today, Had a handful of s-k wayne, snap on and usa craftsman sockets, and a lot of chinese made odds and ends. I paid $20 for the box and contents it will end up being my junkyard box nothing too special, not sure how old it is but I...

    my new tool box

I no longer work out if this box professionally, I brought it home and upgraded to a much bigger box. But after over a year of steady heavy use it is still holding strong, all slides and latches work like new. For the price I would recommend it for sure. In these pictures it is a cheap set from...

    Let's see your welding helmets

I want to grab a fiber metal pipefitter but it looks like the only local carrier I have is grainger... And I don't really want to spend twice as much for it.. Have to keep my eyes open I guess. As for the gold lens question, it provides a truer view for the welder as the arc flash reflects off...

    Canadian Tire DEALS

Haha I went in for flux core wire on Friday and a set of the metric flex gear wrenches followed me home... I have been wanting them for a long while now and it was an impulse buy but the ratcheting action seems a lot smoother than their plain gear wrenches and at $40 I couldn't just leave them...

I am no professional haha, I weld on occasion for little projects of my own and my buddies. Also on the odd occasion at work. I have been looking for a fixed shade sheild and I would pick up the auto darkening lens as well. I am going to try one on the truck but wanted to hear what some people...

    Let's see your welding helmets

How do you find the snap on mask?is it uncomfortable? I've been thinking about pulling the trigger on one because of how small they are, it would make welding under a vehicle much easier than with my bulky auto darkening

what kind of tool chest to buy in Alberta

I can also vouch for the international boxes, I had one for a work box (diesel tech) and I have no complaints about that either, slides were a bit stiff empty but when you put weight in them they worked great! You can get them at sears and princess auto under the international name and ultra pro...

    Opinions Wanted

You definitely should call them. If the chrome is that bad it is means for warranty, and yes the USA stamp has returned, I just bought a FHLF80 on Wednesday and it is stamped. Best of luck with your warranty!

what kind of tool chest to buy in Alberta

It is only 18" deep, which ***** but it wasn't a deal breaker for me. $599 on sale and the top comes on for either $399 or $499 and it's a common sale too. For the money it's a great box
