got a quote for 20k just for building no installation

looking to build a similar building, trying to get some idea of base cost i am trying to add cost in with replacing my house that burned on the property next to the shop i have now looking to replace it and get in a new house at the same time

i am looking to build the same building except two doors on side instead of end. looks great did you get a pretty good deal on the concrete? i am trying to get to find local builders to get some quotes right now on the building and concrete

should have read your post before i commented on mine i had same idea of flush in the walls

i was considering using regular duct work around the base with vents around base for exhaust and another set around top for intake? also considering flush mounting flourescent lights in walls and covering with lexan making it wasier to wipe down ?

aside from the explosion proof fan i dont think it will be that complicated?

would like to see some pics and info on homebuilt and prefab paint booths for your shop? and info on your down draft or other vent systems?

thanks for the info it is true you can never have enough room you will always have to work around something doesnt matter if it was 100 x 100 i would still have something in my way

i think my lot may only be big enough to use 40x80 and still be able to get around it? still need to do some more measuring considering moving the driveway to have more room

just looking to see if this considered a avg size? i saw some smaller and larger ones being built on the site just looking to see if anyone else had done a 40x80 and had any ideas on what were some of the things you would change if you could have done it differently?
