This is also called a skin wedge on www.aircraftspruce.com. I believe it was designed to separate sheet metal. Extremely thin at the tip and surprisingly strong.
Which part of the car do you usually see those fasteners with spline drive or XZN drive on a German car, say MB, BMW, Mini and VW? Would I run into them very often if I plan to own one of those cars?
Built in 1970. I am replacing every outlet as they appear to be very very old along with the wall plate. Newly installed stuffs like disposer, fridge, dishwasher and whirlpool tub are GFCI protected. I have done all interiors and have two exterior ones left.
The slotted screw head broke off on an exterior outlet cover in my house. I am checking if it’s a 12 gauge wire to replace it with a 20 amp GFCI. What do i do now to get it off?
Exactly, my newer version of Milwaukee 2724 blower ran about 10 minutes off a 5 ah battery last weekend. I may have to have two 9 ah batteries in a row for a fall clean-up.
Thanks for explaining the difference in grade... I am new to all these knowledge... As a first-time home owner, I want to slowly learn how to work on stuffs. It takes a lot of time to learn how to do it, which is why I want to have tools ready before a task runs into me. In other words, I do not...
Could you please go through both? I wanted to buy one set of a brand and call it a day, but if it cost a fortune to get a carpentry set. I would step down to layout grade and maybe buy better ones when the need arises.
Hey guys,
I am a first-time home owner and want to buy some tools with decent quality but not hurt my wallet too much. What's a better brand for square and rule to be an upgrade of basic HD ones? What types and sizes are essential for around-the-house DIY jobs? Thanks in advance for y'all...
