I ended up selling my Westinghouse pump to another guy here in town. I do remember that parts were available but I don’t remember the source. I did a google search. Time was a factor so I just bought a new Eaton 32 cfm pump to use in my build.

Large plate two wheel dolly and a couple ratchet straps. You should be able to rent one easy enough. Just be careful cause as you know it’s very top heavy. Get help. Otherwise you could take it apart to move it then reassemble in place.

If anything I'd use some non-shrink grout, but it would be a major PIA to grout that 1/4" gap. I would be more inclined to get a solid piece of plate to put under it. Looks good, congrats on getting it done
