Take a look at Tylon from Sportcourt. I have a combination of Tylon and Daytona in my garage and couldnt be happier. The Tylon stays extremely clean, havent cleaned it in a year and all water and debris pass right through.

In reference to the sport court comment, please take a second look at their tile made specifically for the garage. The two models are Daytona and Xylon and they are designed for automotive use.

A floor sander with very heavy grit paper should work to remove most of it.

That is similar to the Xylon made by Sportcourt, however that Fast floor looks pretty frikkin ugly. Hell I sell the Xylon for about 2 bucks less per tile as well.
