Anybody using Racedeck Free Flow Tiles ???

If so, would you please share your opinions. I need a tile for a heavily trafficked area that will allow water to drain as well as allowing some grit and dirt to fall through. I have Kiwi tiles in my shop and they are great. I have a sample of their perforated tile but it does not seem as strong as the closed tile.



I have samples of Motormat and am awaiting samples of the Fast Floor tiles.

I have never seen the Racedeck Free Flow Tiles installed and am wondering how they appear in person. The pictures always show them from the angle of where you see most of the "grating" and therefore the color of the tile. Just wondering if they allow too much of the floor to show through when looking straight down at the floor.


Would be a real pain to have to paint first, and then put down the floor tiles if I wish to have a nice appearance.

Any pics of real life installs would be appreciated

Take a look at Tylon from Sportcourt. I have a combination of Tylon and Daytona in my garage and couldnt be happier. The Tylon stays extremely clean, havent cleaned it in a year and all water and debris pass right through.

I like the Tylon , however the floor that I am covering was painted several times by the previous owner. The most recent was a brick red paint that was used to cover brown paint. While it has worn away in the high traffic areas, it still covers about 60% of the floor. That is why I am looking for a tile that while allowing for drainage, it does not allow one to see the floor through the tile. That is why I mentioned not wanting to have to paint the floor before covering with the tile. The finalists are Motormat, Fastflor 1, and Kiwi perforated.
