whats your best trick to remove grease ?

I've used WD-40 before to clean the grease off a fifth wheel for inspection and a rebuild. Turns it to a liquid that can be either washed away with a pressure washer or a ton of shop rags.

Kobalt 286 Piece Tool Set $99

Looks like they expanded their 3 drawer set which regularly went on sale for $99. Great set especially with the torx and hex bit sockets. The drawers sag over time especially if exposed to really warm temperatures - in the sun Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk

    Astro 9406 clamptool

Has anyone else gotten theirs? They sent me the single 9406F instead of the 9046 (kit) and when I asked they claimed they listed it wrong Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk

amazon - Astro Pneumatic Tool 8334 2 Shelf Plastic Cart with Locking Lid $22.50

Mine was canceled as well apparently someone left out a digit and current third party price is $223 though the original listing was with Amazon which is kind of weird as a pricing mistake would have been by the third party for their listing alone rather than Amazon. Would have been nice to...

    Show your new tool arrivals

Got bored yesterday and we headed down to a local swap meet. I spotted a set of NOS 6LN Vise Grips in much older packaging that I normally see with "Made in USA" stamped on lower handle so I picked them up for $10. I'm guessing they're atleast 12 years old but not really sure they've got...

Used tools from the tool truck

Yeah I picked up a 1/2 Matco torque wrench once nothing else really caught my attention since most of the good stuff had been picked up on his route. Snap On kept used stuff in a box under his bench Matco simply had a 5 gallon bucket which you would dig through and both Cornwell trucks had...

    Thinking of getting HF press

Well just my two cents but my dad and I managed to fit the 20 ton in the back of a Camry. The A frame was a bit tight through the access panel but it fit. If your seats fold down you're good to go. Sent from my DROID RAZR HD using Tapatalk 2

Your first time on the tool truck..

I think the first truck I was on was Cornwell. He was pretty well stocked but didn't over do it like the Snap On guy does. I think the first thing I bought was the caliper compressor kit they rebranded. Of course he had to order it as most things I want from the monthly flyer but its well worth...

using impact wrench on spring compressors?

The set I've got are pretty thick and I have used an impact in the past on it but I would much rather take my time and use a ratchet and wrench on it just to be safe. There is a guy at the shop that uses a tiny set with a thin rod and he always uses his impact in it so I stay far away when hes...
