You guys are awesome. Thanks Larry!
Completely makes sense in context.
Bierisch, they could very easily read "Seaters". My eye's aren't what they used to be.
Going to go dig around now that I know what I'm looking at.
So I am helping a buddy clean out his late father's storage shed and I find this "rivet press". He has no use for it and gifts it to me. Cool guy.
I'm trying to figure out who made it, how to use it, what's missing, and if something is...how to find parts.
It is made in the USA by a company...
Complete novice here so I have to ask about these vintage 50's 60's compressors. Could they be used if restored for either of these two purposes?:
1. Used to run an airbrush setup for detailed stencil paint jobs?
2. Connected to a larger (60 gallon+) tank and used for painting large...
I think I've just been corrected/educated.

If yours does not have the oval embossed over the bottom drawer handle like the one in the previously posted pic, you may have a crown logo instead...
Hi,
I don't know much about much...but I do know a thing or two about this chest. I own one!
To confirm a few things:
1. The chest does indeed date early 60's. Most likely 1960-62.
I bought mine on CL after falling for it and proceeded to look through every scanned Craftsman catalog I...
Hey folks,
I'm trying to collect early 1960's Craftsman tools. I found an old blue dolly part number: "9 87223 C". it has a craftsman crown logo.
I know the logo started 59-60 and stopped in the late 70's.
Any idea on a year range for this?
