Craftsman Dolly Date Help

Hey folks,

I'm trying to collect early 1960's Craftsman tools. I found an old blue dolly part number: "9 87223 C". it has a craftsman crown logo.

I know the logo started 59-60 and stopped in the late 70's.

Any idea on a year range for this?

Looks like this one (on left) except no grey grating.
